If you want to increase Keyboard performance, you can do as:
STEPS:
1. Click at Start
2. Goto Settings
3. Click at Control Panel
4. Double Click at Keyboard Option
5. Here you can set as per desired, the speed rate of words, curser blink rate etc
6. After final setting, click OK
